An entrée salad customized for you! Toppings of the week rotate and include many vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.

Build your salad at Extreme Greens

Step 1

Select one Green:

  • Romaine
  • Iceberg
  • Spinach
  • Spring Mix

Step 2

Select from the following toppings:

  • Vegetables: beets, black olives, broccoli, shredded carrots, corn, cucumbers, edamame, tomatoes, mushrooms, red onion, peppers, bean sprouts, fresh pico de gallo and olives.
  • Fruit: blueberries, mandarin oranges, mango chunks and strawberries.
  • Cheese: cheddar, feta, mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Dry toppings: croutons, dried cranberries, raisins, sunflower seeds and tortilla strips.

Step 3

Select your protein:

  • Grilled chicken breast
  • Diced ham
  • Flaked tuna
  • Tofu
  • Beans

Select one dressing:
