workshop will provide an overview of the 2nd Edition of Core-Plus
Mathematics Courses 1-4. The focus will be on improvements
in the 2nd Edition. Hands-on experience with the curriculum materials

3-day workshop is for Experienced CPMP Users and will focus on
improving students' mathematical knowledge. The goals of the institute
are to consider the following questions:
Videotaped
excerpts of a lesson planning session and the teaching of that
lesson will be used to stimulate discussions. An opportunity
for participants to plan a lesson for their own class use will
be provided. |

| The 2nd edition of Core-Plus Mathematics Courses 1-3 will be available for use with students in Fall 2008. The 2nd edition is substantially different from the first edition. Thus, we will be offering different workshops for each edition. Dates and locations are listed below. | |||||||||
| Costs $450 for week workshops Fees include lunch each day. Lodging Information Participants are responsible for their own lodging arrangements and costs. Hotel information and special rates will be included in the confirmation letter sent immediately upon receipt of your application and payment. |
