External Advisory Board to Meet in April

Following last fall's successful initiation meeting, the external advisory board agreed to meet this April to further develop their mission, goals, and by-laws. This spring meeting will be held on April 13, 2002, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the tenth floor of Sprau Tower. A dinner and social hour for faculty and Board members will be held on Friday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Dr. Kathy Propp's home.

Current alumni board members are Kaye Bennett, Marion Boyer, Ron Boyd, Mary Cohen (Beuchamp), Della DiPietro, James Hickey, Brian Hire, Joann Keyton, Barbara McDaniel-Suggs, James McHale, Barbara Mieras, Sharon Ratliffe, Elizabeth Rank, Holly (Christensen) Rosenhagen, Jim Thelen, Cherie Van Kuren-Bales, and Greta Williams. Dr. Shirley Van Hoeven, emeritus professor and former Director of Graduate Studies, serves as chair of this group and liaison to the department faculty.
