WMU Master's Students Receive Appointments to Nationally Recognized Doctoral Programs

EeLin Lee, Mark Hopson, and Ratnadeep Suri have all recently received word of their admission into doctoral programs for fall 2002. Ee Lin has been accepted into the Ph.D. program in Intercultural Communication at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ratnadeep will attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaigne studying information technology and network communication systems. Mark has not yet decided whether to attend Howard University in Washington, D.C. or Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He will study Interpersonal and Cultural Communication. These students have all also received assistantship offers from their respective institutions. The department congratulates these students and wishes them well as they continue their education.
