How do I become a communication major?

First, make sure that you have completed 30 hours of college work, at least 15 of which are at WMU.

Second, meet with the communication advisor and fill out a Pre-communication major form.

Third, complete all the PCM coursework. You must get at least a C in all these classes. At this point, your overall GPA should be 2.5 or above.

Finally, meet with the advisor to declare the major. However, there is an application process for three of the majors.
