Three School of Communication journalism majors swept the category for Student Web Site Feature Writing in this year's Michigan Excellence in Journalism Competition. The Detroit Press Club Foundation sponsors the competition, which honors the best in Michigan journalism. (Read on)

Katherine Densmore, Brian Lane and Mallory Yockey, majoring in Film, Video and Media Studies were competitively selected to participate in two student-oriented programs at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2008 (Read on).

Congratulations to Joann Keyton (BA 1983) who has been named as Editor of the academic journal Small Group Research. Keyton is a professor of Communication at North Carolina State University and edits another academic journal Communication Currents.

Congratulations to Randal Gilmore (MA 1995) who recently had a book published, entitled, "Where Do We Go From Here: The Path to Biblically Resolving Conflict." It is published by EXALT Publications. Check it out!
