Media Center

Need a place to study or meet with a small group to discuss and work on projects and assignments? The Media Center in 2026 Brown hall is the place of choice for School of Communication students. Comfortable tables and chairs with several computer workstations are available for checking email, or doing research on the internet. Students can browse from a modest collection of Communication related books/journals and Communication technology trade magazines. The Media Center also has a copier for those last minute copies that one may need for assignments or school related projects.

The Media Center also houses camcorders, microphones, tripods, lighting equipment and digital audio recorders that are available to check-out by School of Communication students for course related work. An acceptance form must be signed and on file and authorization from a faculty member before any equipment is checked out.

The Media Center occasionally is reserved for workshops and special events. Check the calendar below for dates and times when the facility is being used.
