Welcome!

Communiqué is the Western Michigan University communication association for interested junior and senior undergraduates and all graduate students in the School of communication.  

 The purpose of Communiqué is to provide a forum to enhance student involvement in the School of Communication policy, to offer a student voice, to cultivate involvement in the field of communication, to build professional and personal communication-related skills, and to facilitate the exchange of information among students with a focus on graduate and senior undergraduate students at W.M.U.

Membership
Communiqué elections are just around the corner and each position is currently up for election.  If you are interested in taking an active role in the department, Communiqué is your answer.


Nominations for the positions are due on February 13, 2004 and need to be e-mailed to wmucommunique@hotmail.com.  In the nomination please include why you would like to run for the position and what you would bring to Communiqué in 150 words or less.  Please then attach the nomination to the e-mail in a word document.

Membership is automatic to all full or part-time graduate students in the School of communication.  However, membership is also open to any full/part-time junior or senior undergraduate student interested in getting involved.

Communiqué hosts one general membership meeting per month and one executive board meeting per month.
