The purpose of the academy is to give honor and recognition to a select group of our outstanding graduate and undergraduate alumni. It is with great pride and enthusiasm that we honor them – and thank them for their willingness to give back to our school.

Patricia Dolly

Patricia Dolly received her masters degree in Organizational Communication in 1992. She also earned a second MA and her doctorate in educational leadership at Western Michigan University.  Professionally, she has years of experience in higher education at both public and private institutions.  Her experience ranges from faculty member to chief operating officer to president—her current role—at Oakland Community College, the Auburn Hills Campus. Patricia will also receive a WMU College of Arts & Sciences Alumni of Achievement Award tomorrow. She has two wonderful children, Nicole and Patrick. And as she says, “More importantly, I have three lovely grandchildren.”
