Michele Serbenski received her bachelor's degree in journalism from Boston University as well as a master's degree in organizational communication from Western Michigan University in 2004. In 2005 Michele was named by Business Review as one of Western Michigan's Top Business Leaders Under 40. She is currently the Vice President, Perfomance Excellence for the Bronson Healthcare Group, a nationally recognized healthcare system located in downtown Kalamazoo, Michigan. Michele is also responsible for the Bronson Experience, Customer Service Department, Customer Service Institute, Patient Relations, Pastoral Care, Valet Parking, Bronson Referral and Information Center and Volunteer Services. She is currently the President of the Ministry with Community Board of Directors. Ministry with Community provides food, daytime shelter and other basic services to central Kalamazoo's homeless, poor, mentally ill and hard-to-serve adults.
