Fall Commencement — Saturday, December 13, 2008

College commencement times will be added as they become available.

Assembly

Graduating Students

• Graduating students are to report to Shaw Theatre 45 minutes before their college’s ceremony is scheduled to begin.

Faculty

• Faculty will assemble in the Green Room of Shaw Theatre.
• Regalia will be available in York Arena Theatre of Shaw Theatre. Regalia is to be returned to this same location.
• Faculty should arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of each ceremony. Processional instructions will be given approximately 30 minutes prior to each ceremony. Faculty will leave the York Theatre about 10 minutes prior to each ceremony and proceed into Miller Auditorium.
• Parking is available in various lots around Miller Auditorium.

Please also note:

• We are unable to accommodate children accompanying the graduate through the ceremony.
• Guests of the candidates must view the processional and ceremony in Miller Auditorium.
