Pre-internship programTeaching

The Office of Field Placements (OFP) coordinates Western Michigan University’s intern teaching program and pre-internships associated with certain elementary education courses.

All expectations of and exceptions to the pre-internship experience are the sole responsibility of the instructor and the faculty of the Department of Teaching, Learningand Educational Studies.  The OFP has no programmatic authority; therefore, your instructor will give you specific information on your pre-internship requirements.
