Special Olympics HomepageThis is the Homepage of the WMU/Special Olympics/Unified Sports® Program. Consult this page for Sports Updates, Schedules, Goings-on and Information. The Unified Sports Program is operated through a grant from Special Olympics International to Special Olympics-Michigan and Western Michigan University. For the next four years, using the resources and facilities of Special Olympics and Western Michigan University, a model program for Unified Sports® will be designed that can be used throughout the United States. In addition, there are several research projects being carried out in conjunction with the program. Information on those projects is also available on this page
