Bachelor of science major options leading to teacher certification:

• Physical Education - Teacher/Coach
• School Health

Non-teaching bachelor of science curricula:

• Athletic Training Program
• Recreation Program
• Community Health
• Exercise Science

Students who intend to complete a major or minor will be designated as pre-HPER. The following criteria must be met prior to application to the department:

• Completion of 35 hours of University course work.
• Completion of HPER 1500, 1520, 1530, 1550 or 1700 with a grade of "C" or better.
• Satisfactory completion of BIOS 1120, if required in your program.
• Completion of a department undergraduate application for admission (turn in to the department on the fourth floor of the Student Recreation Center).
