Tuition Assistance
The federally funded master’s degree program provides 100 percent tuition plus a monthly stipend. The federally funded state approval program in special (adapted) physical education at WMU provides 100 percent tuition.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Adapted Physical Education Program in the Department of the Health, Physical Education and Recreation is to train qualified professionals who provide physical education service to individuals with disabilities in public schools and other related placements.
