Academic Honors Academy
Academy Honor Program
This program provides public recognition of the outstanding achievements of the graduates (bachelor’s and master’s degrees) of the former Men’s Physical Education, Women’s Physical Education, and Health, Physical Education and Recreation Departments.
The program seeks to: Acknowledge the professional accomplishments, recognition and service of distinguished individuals through the Academy Program; and to increase visibility of the HPER Department through publicity of the professional contributions of graduates representing the collective fields of health, physical education and recreation.
