Student and Professional Organizations

The Family Studies Organization (FSO) is a great way to get involved with the community and network and is an invaluable tool for all students.

The organization addresses volunteer opportunities, guest speakers, and job opportunities, among other issues, at their weekly meetings which are open to anyone.

Student organizations are a great place to get leadership experience. The executive board is made up of a president (who is also a member of the Family Studies Advisory Board, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, volunteer coordinator, and fundraising chair. There are many other ways of demonstrating leadership within the organization.

For further information regarding the student organization, contact the FSO advisor, Bryce Dickey.
