Reporting a computer problem

Call ETS at 7-4585 to place a work order.

• If you call a tech or Don Weber directly, your message may stay unheard in a voice mailbox or cause a delay in response.
• Provide a detailed description of the request, issues and/or problems to ETS.
• The employee taking the call will discuss the request, issues and/or problems with you and will alert you of any known issues college-wide or university-wide (such as a specific service down).
• A work request will be generated and assigned to a tech based on the priority, the number of users affected and the order of the request.
• Questions regarding time table for work order actions/completions should be directed at directly.
