
Western Michigan University offers a Master of Arts degree, a Specialist in Education degree, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership. Each of these graduate programs is designed for working professionals, with an eye toward developing leaders ready to serve within the accountability era facing educational institutions today. These programs prepare students for current and future challenges and make them more competitive in the job market.
Classes are taught using an evening, weekend, or concentrated summer format (with some Internet-based courses available). All master's degree classes are available at the main Kalamazoo campusand at regional campuses in Grand Rapids, Muskegon, St. Joseph/Benton Harbor, and Battle Creek. Post master's and doctoral classes are available at the main Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids regional campuses.
