Frequently Asked Questions

How long can I check them out?

Can faculty, staff, and teaching assistants reserve videos and films in advance?

Current WMU faculty, staff, and graduate assistants may choose from one of three options to make an advance reservation for DVDs and Videotapes. To ensure having an item available when needed, advance reservations are strongly recommended.

  1. Submit an advance reservation form
  2. Stop by the Video Services in Waldo Library and complete the paper reservation form.
  3. Or send your request via campus mail to Video Services, Waldo Library, mailstop 5353.

Can I have someone else pick it up?

Yes. Be sure to give the name of the designated person at time of reservation. This person will need to have their own current Bronco card.

Can students reserve videos and films in advance?

No.

Where can items be returned?

At any circulation desk in Waldo Library, Education Library, Music and Dance Library, or University Libraries ibrary drop boxes.
