My temporary advisor is Dr. Alan Hovestadt.
What is/are your research interest(s)?
I am very interested in LGBT issues, specifically working with bisexual clients and bisexual identity formation. I am also interested in a wide variety of women’s issues, feminism and feminist counseling.
Tell us about some of your professional experiences in the program:
My Doctoral Associateship is in the Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CCPS). I work there 20 hours each week as an intake counselor.
What do you want to do after graduation?
I would love to work in a college counseling center that has a training program. I would like the variety of being able to see clients, be a supervisor, present outreach programs and possibly even teach classes from time to time.
