Xiaofan Cai

Xiaofan Cai is currently a doctoral student in the evaluation, measurement, and research program in the College of Education. She received her masters degree in higher and adult education. For the last three years, she has been working as a doctoral research associate on evaluation projects such as examining the impact of educational programs and in measurement-related projects such as developing new instruments. Her areas of interest include applied research methods, measurement, and cross-cultural/multi-cultural evaluations.
