Following is Alisz nomination:

As the Hall Director of Britton/Hadley, I think Amy should be considered for the Supervisor of the Year Award because of the amount of time and effort she puts into her job. She does her job, it seems like, 24 hours a day. It is apparent that she loves what she does and is very good at it. She shows a lot of dedication and hard work and puts a lot of effort into meeting not only the needs of the residents, but also her RA's. Her patience and understanding never cease to amaze me. She takes a lot of interest in the lives of the people around her, which makes her very easy to talk to and also very approachable. I am honored to say that I have worked under her for the past 2 1/2 years, she is a wonderful boss and an all around genuine person. I think she is the perfect candidate for this award and more than deserving.
