The WMU Ad Club
The Ad Club promotes interaction between students and industry professionals and boasts over 77 dedicated and active members. The program hosts industry speakers on a monthly basis throughout the academic year. In addition, members attend various career symposiums in Detroit, Chicago, and New York City. The club is also a forum for advertising and marketing majors to interact outside of the classroom and to share experiences and knowledge as they prepare for their careers. A major initiative of the Ad Club is the development of a resume book, which is distributed to over 100 advertising firms throughout the Midwest.
