General Information for Management Majors

Preparation: The recommended high school preparation for obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management includes courses in mathematics, English, and other fields of study that stress analytical, written and oral skills.

Declaring a Management Major or Minor: After visiting the Haworth Office of Advising and Admissions to enroll in the business curriculum, a Management Department advisor will assist you in declaring a management major or minor.

Scholarships: As a junior or senior majoring in management, you may be considered for several scholarships. College and Department of Management awards are made each year to outstanding students. The basis for these awards is usually academic success and/or notable achievements in extracurricular activities.
