The third presentation of the Keystone Community Breakfast Series will feature Mr. Bob Miller, WMU Associate Vice President, Community Outreach. Miller's presentation, "The BTR Park and the Downtown Science Center.a Community Success Story and a Vision for the Future," will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, December 1. in the Dean's Conference Room (2150 Schneider Hall). Complimentary breakfast will be available.
Miller facilitates a number of key initiatives on behalf of the University in the Kalamazoo area, including relations with local elected officials and administrations. In addition, he works directly with business leaders and neighborhood groups on various partnerships with the University. One of his primary responsibilities has been the development of the Business Technology and Research Park.
Miller is a WMU graduate and past president of the Alumni Association. He serves on numerous community boards and associations and currently chairs Downtown Kalamazoo Incorporated and the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
