The seventh presentation in the 2007-08 Keystone Community Bank Breakfast Series will feature Fran Denny, Executive Director, Catholic Family Services. Her presentation, "The Ark: Somewhere to Run " begins at 8 a.m. in the Dean's Conference Room (Room 2150 Schneider Hall) of the Haworth College of Business on Friday, April 25. Complimentary breakfast will be served beginning at 7:30 a.m.

Ms. Denny holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a bachelor's degree of Arts in Social Welfare from West Chester University. She began her work in child welfare, where she was a foster care worker and investigated child abuse and neglect complaints. After graduate school, Denny worked as a family therapist and obtained a post-graduate certificate in Family Systems Theory. Frances is celebrating her 20th year with Catholic Family Services. During this period, she has lead the agency to expand and develop its programs including the subject of this presentation, The Ark Services for Youth.

The Keystone Community Bank Breakfast Speaker Series is underwritten through the generosity of Keystone Community Bank. The series provides an opportunity for the local community to hear prominent business leaders, WMU faculty, alumni, and friends of the College of Business discuss current business issues, corporate strategies as well as key information regarding the continuing progress of the business college.
