Ms. Wiley earned a master’s of fine arts with an emphasis on literary nonfiction from Queens University of Charlotte, NC in 2009 and a Master's degree in professional writing with an emphasis on business communication from Western Michigan University in 1994. She has taught full time in the Haworth College of Business since 1996. Courses taught include BCM 1420: Informational Writing, BCM 3800: Business Web Design, BCM 4830: Business Publications and Presentations, and BUS 3700: Integrated Communication in Business. Ms. Wiley has twenty-two years of business experience working for large corporations and small family businesses as well as government agencies and organizations.
