Welcome to the Department of Business Information Systems. As you navigate around this web site, you will soon find that our department has more to offer than a conventional academic department. Our department is structured with two distinct programs, Computer Information Systems (CIS), and Business Communications (BCM). Both programs, operated autonomously, provide quality curricula and education services to meet the interests of our constituents, including students, alumni, employees, and local communities.

Since Fall 2004, our department is the only one in the Great Lakes regions that offers three academic majors (i.e., CIS, eBizD, and TIM) in Information Technologies.
