Three (3) Way Conference:
- With a call in progress, ask the party to hold
- Press the flash button, receive interrupted dial tone.
- Dial second party
- After call is answered, press the flash button
- Three-way conference is established
- If one party hangs up, the other two remain connected.
Transfer
- With a call in progress, ask the party to hold
- Press the flash button, receive interrupted dial tone.
- Dial transfer station extension
- After call is answered, announce the transfer
- Replace the handset (hang up)
Call Waiting
- With a call in progress, ask the party to hold
- One beep is an internal caller, two beeps is an external caller
- Press the flash button
- Answer the second caller
- When the second party hangs up you will be re-connected to the first party
Call Back
Allows you, when reaching an on campus extension and the line is busy, to receive a ring back and automatic redial of the number when both stations become free.
Set Call Back:
- Receive a busy signal
- Press flash button
- Dial *9
- Replace the handset (hang up)
When both stations are free, your telephone will ring you back.
Cancel Call Back
- Lift handset - receive dial tone
- Press #9
- Replace the handset (hang up)
Last number redial
- Lift handset - receive dial tone
- Press * *
