Password issues
- I forgot my password
- If you have forgotten your password you have two options to reset it:
- Enter your Challenge Phrase and Response to reset your password
- Call the OIT Help Desk at (269) 387-HELP, Option 1
- I have a temporary password, what do I do with it?
- If you have a temporary password you must first set a permanent password by visiting http://www.wmich.edu/changepassword/ before you can log in to any WMU online services such as GoWMU.
- What is a Challenge Phrase/Response?
- Your Challenge Phrase/Response is a questions and answer that you create so that if you forget your password, you can answer that question at a later time on the Change Password Web page to reset your password.
- I want to establish a Challenge Phrase/Reponse for my Bronco NetID account
- If you would like to set your Challenge Phrase and Response visit the Change Password Web page and follow the instructions
