  | GENERAL POSITIONS |

 

Information Booth

1:00pm - 7:00pm

(Provided Bash Gear and Dinner!)

Duties:

-Oversee the Information Booth

-Assist individuals in finding booths in Miller plaza area

-Sell Bronco Bash T-shirts

-Break down information booth

 

Check-In

9:15am - 3:00pm

(Provided Bash Gear and Lunch!)

Duties:

-Greet merchants and vendors at your designated tent

-Assist with load-in and manage load-in crews

-Communicate Station A and Station B check-in

-Control admissions into the plaza area

-Direct participants as needed and answer general questions

-Break down check-in booths

 

Novelty Assistance Team

2:30pm – 5:30 pm OR 5:30 – 7:30 pm

(Provided Bash Gear!)

Duties:

-Assist at assigned novelty (Mobile Zipline, Photobooth, Mechanical Bull, Mechanical Surfer, Monkey Trampoline)

 

 

A.M. and P.M. Drivers

*Must have previous experience driving stick shift

7:15am - 3:00pm (setup- provided Breakfast, Lunch AND Bash Gear!) OR 6:30pm - 11:00pm (Provided Workman Cart AND Bash Gear!)

Duties:

-Transport/unload and assist in set-up of tables and chairs to fountain plaza area

-Be the eyes and ears of Bronco Bash

-Perform general duties as requested by coordinators

 

A.M. and P.M. Riders

*Does not have to have experience driving stick shift

7:15am - 3:00pm (setup- provided Breakfast, Lunch AND Bash Gear!) OR 6:30pm - 11:00pm (clean-up- provided Bash Gear!)

Duties:

-Transport/unload and assist in set-up of tables and chairs to fountain plaza area

-Be the eyes and ears of Bronco Bash

-Perform general duties as requested by coordinators

 

Floaters

3:00pm – 7pm

(Provided Bash Gear AND Dinner!)

Duties:

-Assist Bash Staff with any additional duties as needed

*This may include filling in for a no-show volunteer
