
Display case policies
Bernhard Center has 17 display cases available for RSOs and university departments. There is required pre-registration for all displays and a regulation form will be completed by all users.
A $5 security deposit is required for the use of all display cases.
The purpose of the display cases in the Bernhard Center is to offer RSO’s and university departments the opportunity to make the general population aware of their organization. Messages posted in these displays must comply with all University policies, including the prohibition of discrimination, and/or harassment based on race, sex, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, religion, and/or disability and must comply with all other legal requirements.
