Meetings and Conferences
The John T. Bernhard Center meeting and conference rooms may be reserved by community members, University departments, and Registered Student Organizations (RSOs).
Twenty-three flexible meeting and dining rooms can be customized to accommodate a variety of customer needs including lectures, exhibits, banquets, meetings and conferences. Dining and catering arrangements can be easily coordinated through the WMU Catering office, which is conveniently located at the Bernhard Center.
Facilities
Dynamic meeting spaces can accommodate up to 1,700 guests for meetings and 1,250 guests for banquets. Private spaces for as few as ten guests can be arranged as well.
Bernhard Center facilities:
Facility use is subject to University and Bernhard Center policies.
The Bernhard Center is a smoke-free and barrier-free facility.
