Return Policy

1. All merchandise is refundable within 15 days of purchase.
2. All merchandise must be in its original packaging, in sellable condition and accompanied by a receipt.
3. Refunds will be given in tender received at time of purchase. Refunds on personal checks will be given three business days after initial purchase.
4. Include a copy of the packing slip, the reason you are returning the item, and a phone number where you can be reached.
5. Returned items without packaging or without receipt will be accepted at the Spirit Store's discretion.
