Group Visit Form

(For organized visits with 10 or more people)

We encourage the use of this property for passive recreation and/or education purposes for all groups. However, it is necessary for the Asylum Lake Policy & Management Council to be aware of activities taking place at Asylum Lake in order to maintain a harmonious use of the property for everyone and protect the ideals under which the preserve was created. (refer to Declaration of Conservation Restrictions)

Please read the Protocol Document and then submit this completed form at least 1 week prior to your visit. The Group Visit Form will be reviewed and if there are any concerns or questions the contact person listed below will be notified.

- Please do not disperse from the trails.
- Please do not remove plants or animals from the property.
- Please do not alter the natural features of the property.
