DVD and VHS conversion and duplication
The Western Michigan University media conversion request form may be used for either
- College of Arts and Sciences technology services work (turn in to 1019 Brown Hall)
- Office of Information Technology media services work (call 387-5020 to schedule an appointment)
Please review the media conversion policy before making your request.
Duplications are on a first come, first served basis with at least one week advance notice.
