Frostic School of Art Open House

Western Michigan University presents….. The Open

The Frostic School of Art will hold its Annual Open House on October 22, from 5pm to 9pm.  On that Friday evening, the school will showcase its students, faculty, programs and facilities.  There will be activities and demonstrations in all of our program areas, as well as many displays of student artwork throughout South Kohrman Hall and the Richmond Center for Visual Arts.

We are proud to introduce our new director, Patricia Villalobos Echeverría.  She will be greeting visitors and participating in area activities.  Other "can't miss" events include a bronze pour in the sculpture area and the firing of our wood kiln in the ceramics area.

The emphasis of this event is to reintroduce our programs and our new facilities to the community and to high school students.  For further information about The Open, please contact Mindi Bagnall at 387-2467 or e-mail her at mindi.bagnall@wmich.edu

Please join us to celebrate our 3rd year in South Kohrman Hall and the Richmond Center for Visual Arts.
