Is this the correct application for you?

The online application is only for:

• U.S. citizens who have completed college courses after graduating from high school (or have a GED) and do not have a bachelor's degree.
• I-551 permanent resident card holders who have completed college courses after graduating from high school (or have a GED) and do not have a bachelor's degree.
  
  Note: A copy of the I-551 alien registration card must be mailed to admissions. Processing of the application will be delayed until the copy is received.

If so, you must use the Application for Readmission.

Are you seeking a second bachelor's degree or post baccalaureate initial teacher certification?

If so, you must use the Post Baccalaureate Initial Teacher Certification Application.
