Verification deadlines are:

  • July 1 - Fall semester housing
  • November 1 - Spring semester housing
  • March 1 - Summer I session housing
  • May 1 - Summer II session housing

Assignments

Assignments are made about 30 days before the move-in date.

Assignments are made based on the date of application, so apply as early as possible.

Every effort is made to assign you to your first choice. However, the vacancy status at the time of assignment may necessitate assigning you to your second or third choice. The Goldsworth Valley area is a popular choice, however it has the fewst number of apartments that become available during any given assignment period. The Stadium Drive area, on the other hand, has a large number of apartments, and as a result, there are many more assignment possibilities in this complex. A transfer to another location may be permitted after occupancy. If an assignment is not possible, you will be notified approximatiely 30 days before your move-in date so you can explore housing alternatives.
