
Special Events Committee1. Plan and prepare a series of APA social events for the year. The goal is that at least one event be scheduled for each season (fall, winter, spring, and summer).
2. Suggested events are: football tailgate, holiday event, basketball/winter sport event, 5:05 events (for months in which another event is not scheduled).
3. Work with Membership Committee, as needed or requested, in the development of a New Member Mixer in January.
4. Coordinate all aspects of each social event (i.e. publicity, mailings, reservations, set-up, clean-up, name tags, etc.).
5. Submit request to Executive Board for funding as needed.
6. Notify members of events.
