The Executive Board represent each of the major divisions at the University. A division is defined as any Vice Presidential area with 75 APA eligible employees. Vice Presidential areas who have less than 75 have been combined into "Administrative Affairs" along with the departments that report directly to the President. Each major division is represented by 1 board member to every 50 APA eligible employees.
A committee report will be submitted at each monthly meeting. If the committee chair is not able to attend a meeting, the report shall be submitted by a member of the Special Events Committee or in writing to the APA President prior to the monthly Executive Board meeting.
