A closer look: Cara-Lynn Cristina Vealey received her Bachelors in Anthropology and Museum Studies from Central Michigan University. She is currently attending Western Michigan University for her Masters in Anthropology. The concentration in her studies is physical/biological anthropology. She loves to travel and has been fortunate enough to visit nine countries in Europe, along with Mexico, Canada. She traveled with other anthropology students to China where they visited places such as the Peking Man Site and the Terra Cotta Warrior site and museum. She has attended multiple forensic science field schools and was responsible for sorting, identifying, labeling, cataloging, and recording data related to a Marquette Mission Site for the Michigan State Library and Museum. She will be attending a field school in Peru this summer excavating ancient Incan burials.
