A closer look: Katyn Adams is an anthropologist whose studies widely range from cultural anthropology to linguistics to archaeology. She has previously aided with excavations on the archaeological sites of Fort Michilimackinac, Meadowcroft Rockshelter, and Irvine Mills in the Allegheny Forest, Pennsylvania. After graduating with a degree in archaeology, she spent two years as a field archaeologist for a CRM company in Pennsylvania. Though still interested in archaeology, she is currently devoting more time to endeavors relating to cultural anthropology, linguistics, and the internet - particularly focusing on profanity, insults, and discourse.
