A closer look: Ali Y. Bazzi received his Bachelors in Anthropology and has completed his Pre-Medical requirements at Oakland University. He is currently attending Western Michigan University for his Masters in Anthropology. The concentration of his studies is cultural anthropology. He has traveled widely throughout the Middle East, including Lebanon, Syria, Palestine/Israel, and Jordon observing cultural rituals and religious practices. He has also visited numerous "holy sites" in the Middle Eastern regions. Ali is bilingual and speaks both Arabic and English.
