Young Alumni Membership
As a new graduate, you have a unique perspective on what it means to be
finished with college. Often, this perspective includes looking for a
job, moving from one city to another, or finding your own insurance program,
not to mention carving your own little niche in the world! Like you don't
have anything else to worry about, right?
Fortunately, as a young alumni member of the WMU Alumni Association, you have resources available to you to help smooth the rocky transition from college to the "real world". In fact, the Association gives you a complimentary year-long membership for the first year after you graduate, so you can take advantage of all the services we offer at no charge! All you haveto do is activate your membership, and then we'll send your membership information in the mail a few weeks after graduation.
As a member of the WMU Alumni Association, you can take advantage of many benefits, including the following, which are a little more applicable to young alumni:

Connections -
Access to Bronco Jobs Plus, offered through the Career and Student
Employment Services office.
- Medical
and Life Insurance -
Term life, short-term medical, and major medical insurance plans are
available through American Insurance Administrators.
- University Updates - Stay connected to your alma mater with quarterly editions of Accent on Alumni, the Association's newsletter, and @WMU, a monthly electronic newsletter.
After your complementary year-long membership is up, we'll send you additional information about how you can continue your connection to WMU through the Alumni Association.
