To commemorate the University's centennial, the WMU Alumni Association proudly announces its initiative to establish a new tradition as Western begins its second century - a single ring tradition. The goal is to create a symbol, second only to the diploma, that will immediately identify the individual as a graduate of Western Michigan University.
If you're looking for interviewing tips, resume workshops, or information on advancing your degree, it's time you started Focusing On Your Future. The Focusing On Your Future programming series for students will include presentations on the above topics and more! Each semester, the WMU Alumni Association will sponsor a Focusing On Your Future program in hopes of providing you with the information you'll need once you graduate college.

after graduation, consider the Fulbright Program
. As the flagship international
educational program sponsored by the United States Government, the Fulbright
Program is designed to "increase mutual understanding between the
people of the United States and the people of other countries...."

The Mentor Program is the newest initiative brought to you by the WMU Alumni Association and Career & Student Employment Services. The Mentor Program gives current WMU students the opportunity to network with alumni professionals in various career fields. Bronco-2-Bronco is an initiative designed to provide graduating students and young alumni the opportunity to connect with alumni in various geographical locations across the country. As a new graduate, moving to a new and unfamiliar place can be a stressful experience. Through Bronco-2-Bronco, these new graduates may connect with an alum already established in that area and ease that anxiety.
