Legacy Scholarship Renewal Information

As a recipient of the Legacy Scholarship in 2003 to 2008, you will have the opportunity to receive another $1000 award for the next academic year, for a total of four years, should you meet the following criteria:

• You have been continually enrolled as a full-time student, with the exception of the Summer I and II semesters.
  
• You are in good academic standing with the University.
  
• You have been involved in extracurricular activities to some degree.
  
• Your parents have maintained their membership in the Association.
  
• You attended the WMU Alumni Association Board of Directors meeting during your first year.
  

Please send us a letter (approximately one typed page) stating you have met the above objectives and, where appropriate, how you met those objectives.

You may be eligible to receive this scholarship for your sophomore, junior, and first senior years, if applicable. If you wish to renew your award each year, please send us a letter which outlines how you have met the above objectives during that particular year. The deadline for each renewal request is June 30.
