WMU Alumni Association Distinguished Alumni Awards

The WMU Alumni Association believes the quality of a university is ultimately measured not by the curricula, the facilities or programs, but rather by the quality of its alumni. Thus, it is appropriate for the Association to honor and celebrate those graduates who bring distinction to their alma mater through their professional achievements.

Established in 1963, the Association's Distinguished Alumni Award recognize WMU graduates who have achieved a high level of success in their chosen fields.

The Alumni Association presents no more than three awards annually. Recipients are announced each August.
