Midwest Student Exchange Program

Western Michigan University is a participant of the Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) beginning with the Fall 2016 entering class. New undergraduate students majoring in the College of Aviation who are enrolling from one of these 8 states: Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wisconsin will receive a reduced tuition rate. Students participating in the Midwest Student Exchange Program are not eligible to receive the Transfer Non-Resident Gold or Phi Theta Kappa Alumni Non-Resident Scholarships, but they are able to receive scholarships from other offices/departments at WMU.
